why does work take so much time out of the day

got such a painful massage but now my whole body feels so loose it's so nice

just ran a 5k

kind of want to put on makeup for dinner w friends today but also don't want to actually put on the makeup

thinking about making a gambeson to pad under my armour

woke up at 5 am and couldn't fall back asleep

went for a fun, lifted, and stretched today, so i feel invincible
